I’m an organizational strategist and Certified Veterinary Technician with nearly two decades of experience across veterinary medicine, animal welfare, nonprofit leadership, and philanthropy. I partner with animal care organizations to build equitable, sustainable systems that better serve both people and the animals that are part of their family or in their care.

I support teams navigating growth, complexity, and resource constraints, specifically helping align mission and values with everyday practice. My work includes strengthening organizational culture, expanding access to care, developing inclusive programs and policies, and supporting teams through conflict and change with practical, compassionate strategies.

My clinical background includes small and large animal medicine in general practice, emergency and critical care, and sanctuary and shelter settings. As Executive Director of the Multicultural Veterinary Medical Association and through my work providing clinical support and expanding access to care programs with organizations like Portland Animal Welfare (PAW) Team, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges facing the veterinary and animal welfare fields today.
