Speaking

Most of my speaking has been at veterinary conferences, where I draw on my experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician and nonprofit leader to talk about inclusive leadership, the importance of diversity and representation, equitable management practices, increasing access to care for underserved communities, and non-traditional career paths in the profession.

I also love speaking with audiences outside of veterinary medicine when my work or experience overlaps. No matter the setting, my goal is to make the conversation practical, honest, and useful, so people leave with ideas they can actually apply in their work.
